“Blessed is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of what was spoken to her by the Lord.” Luke 1:45
What has the Lord said to us, and do we believe it?
God has destined us for adoption, to be his children. God has blessed us with every spiritual blessing. God has chosen us to be holy and blameless. In God we have redemption and forgiveness (Cf. Romans 1:4-6). Like Mary we are blessed if we believe what God has promised to us. God has promised us so much and so many good things. God has promised us a life of beautiful sacrifice. God has promised us love, joy, peace, forbearance, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).
